AviaTask LineThe Operational Layer for Line Maintenance.

AviaTask Line is line maintenance software that connects stations, qualified people, materials and tools in one platform — so every task starts ready, runs on the apron from a phone, and ends fully documented.

  • Web, iOS & Android
  • Works offline on the apron
  • Cloud or on-premises
The solution

Three pillars for a line station that is always ready

AviaTask Line brings the operational reality of line maintenance — stations, people, materials and tools — into a single connected layer.

How it works

From station readiness to signed-off records

One continuous flow, from the first check of the day to the last electronic confirmation.

Step 1 of 4

Know the station is ready before the aircraft lands

Contracted scope, approved data, staff, tooling and materials are checked against the work ahead — so gaps show up hours earlier, not at the aircraft.

  • Customer scope and station capability in one place
  • Readiness checks across staff, tools and materials
  • Local airport procedures always at hand
The platform

One engine. Three layers.

From the apron to the control room, the same platform connects everyone involved. It runs on an operations engine already used in aeronautical and logistics plants — configured here for line maintenance.

FAQ

Line maintenance software: FAQ

Everything you may want to know about AviaTask Line before asking for a demo.

What is AviaTask Line?

AviaTask Line is line maintenance software that connects stations, qualified people, materials and tools in one platform. It helps maintenance organisations check station readiness before work begins, assign tasks to the right technicians, run work on mobile devices at the apron and keep complete digital records.

What is line maintenance software used for?

Line maintenance software coordinates the work done on aircraft between flights or overnight at airport stations. It covers contracted scope, defects and non-routine work, technician qualifications and authorisations, tool control, material and consumable availability, task execution and electronic confirmations.

Can technicians use AviaTask Line offline at the apron?

Yes. The mobile app is built offline-first: tasks can be executed on iOS and Android devices without connectivity and everything synchronises automatically when the device is connected again.

How does AviaTask Line track technician qualifications and authorisations?

It monitors B1, B2, Cat A and support staff competencies and matches aircraft type, approvals and access to task requirements, so stations and Maintenance Control can see who is qualified and available for each task.

Can it control tools, calibration and consumables?

Yes. Tool control tracks serviceability, calibration, location and due dates, while inventory and consumables modules monitor stock, usage and shortages, record transfers between line stations and connect material and tool requirements to work orders.

Which devices and platforms are supported?

AviaTask Line works on the web for station managers and Maintenance Control, and on iOS and Android for technicians and certifying staff. Tasks, tools and equipment can be identified with the device camera through barcodes and QR codes, or with RFID and NFC tags.

Is AviaTask Line available in the cloud or on-premises?

Both. AviaTask Line can be delivered as a cloud service or deployed on-premises on your own infrastructure, depending on your IT and security requirements. Contact us to discuss which option fits your organisation.

Does AviaTask Line support RFID as well as NFC?

Yes. Tools, equipment, materials and locations can be identified with RFID and NFC tags, as well as with barcodes and QR codes read through the device camera.

How do I request a demo of AviaTask Line?

Use the Request a demo button on this page. Tell us about your stations, aircraft types and current tools, and we will prepare a demonstration built around your line maintenance operation.

Who develops AviaTask Line?

AviaTask Line is developed by PIKLOK, a software company building task, material and operations management platforms for aviation, logistics and industrial environments.
